In order for an agency’s request for annual investment to be considered during the United Way community investment process, the agency shall submit to the United Way Community Investment Committee all information that is requested by United Way and the Committee, in whatever form that United Way or the Committee requests by the due date. No applications for investment shall be considered if not received in full by that date. An agency representative shall meet with the United Way Community as scheduled by the United Way office on behalf of the Committee.
